Robert Lee Colvard. This photo was taken in Florence, Colorado. Colvard was born March 3, 1871 and died 1930(?). He had three children: Lucy Lowry Colvard bore one child, William Bryant Colvard. Second wife, Maude Nolan Colvard, bore two children, Robert Lee Colvard, Jr., and Freeland Louis Colvard. Maude died a day after Freeland's birth. His third wife was Varene Forlks Colvard; no children by this marriage. The families lived in the area of Powder River a mile east of Lower Powder River Valley. |
