Eccles, David & C. W. Nibley. President and Secretary Treasurer of Oregon Lumber Co. They were also President and Vice President of Sumpter Valley Railway. SVRy was organized August 15, 1890, to bring logs out of the woods southwest of Baker City. Joseph A. West was Secretary of SVRy. Oregon Lumber Co. was organized shortly before the railway. |
