Woodmen of the World fraternal organization badge. The badge says from top: "Queen City Camp No. 48, Member, W.O.W., Baker City, Ore." In the emblem there is an axe in a log underneath which is the Latin phrase "Dum Tacet Clamat," meaning "Though silent, he speaks." Found on W.O.W. tombstones. |
