Joseph Heilner, a lawyer, is probably the man with light-colored shirt whose face is partly obscured by straw hat of man in front of him. Joe was the son of Sigmund Heilner and Clara Neuberger Heilner. Sigmund and his brother Seligmann Heilner (aka E. D. Cohn) founded the Neuberger-Heilner store. |
