Description	Baker County Pioneers Association picnic in the city park, August 8, 1948. Sitting at left end of front row is Henry McKinney. He was State Representative from 1909 to 1913; Sheriff of Baker County 1925 to 1937. Maude Ellis (widow of Dollar Bill Ellis) in middle with hat behind blur. Right of her is perhaps Mrs. Guyer or Neiger. Myrtle Lee might be in last row left end with hat with white in it.
