Description	SVRy engine with winch on front and flatcar loaded with railroad ties. The crew was probably laying a spur track into the woods in order to carry logs to the mills. You can see that the track on which the engine sits has a minimal bed under it indicating the temporary nature. When the logging operation in the area was finished, the track and ties would be removed to be used for another spur.
