Description	Jim, Garrett, standing beside a Collins Pine Co. pickup at the Collins mill in Chester, CA. The following description is from a June 20, 2008, email from Terry Collins of Chester, CA, a member of the Collins family that owned the Pondosa mill. "The mill that you see in the background was the one here in Chester, California. What you see is the fuel house and the power house in the background, and the guy standing by the truck is Jim Garrett. Jim’s dad was Earl Garrett, the sales manager at Pondosa. Jim was a truck boss at Pondosa and, later, after the mill was built at Chester, Jim became the Logging Superintendent and, eventually, the General Manager at Chester. The mill is still operating, here at Chester, but in 2002, we tore down the old mill and built a new one. Sometime before that, we tore down the fuel house and power house that you see in this picture and built a new cogeneration plant."
