Columbia Mine. Hoist machine.
Brooks Hawley had the following comments: "Jim Charles thinks the hoist is the one at the Midway. Fred Inman thinks it is the Columbia hoist, and is more logically the Columbia, as Ed Hibbs had the store at the Columbia before he was depot agent at Sumpter."
