Buckeye Mine. July 19, 1964.
Brooks Hawley note: "The only building left standing at the Buckeye Mine. This was the horse stable. Raymond Gleason gave McEwen Lodge half of the Buckeye so we own a gold mine. What more does anyone want? A half interest brought $27,000 for John Doan, Roscoe's father, around 1902 when the James B. Sipes Co. paid that."
