Description	Dredge #1 (Sumpter Valley). Built 1913. Brooks Hawley note: "Dredge No. 1 of the Powder River Gold Dredging Co. Period of activity 1913-1924. The first dredge that tore up Sumpter Valley. The main machinery in this dredge was used again in the later dredge of the Sumpter Valley Dredging Co. of 1935-1954.
