Description	Limestone quarry at Lime, Oregon. Aerial view looking south. Elwood Wirth of Durkee wrote: "I was raised in one of the homes shown in the photo on what we called "The Flat". The cement plant was built there in 1923, and replaced the original "lime" plant that produced only lime for plaster." (Email dated 5-21-2009.)
