Description	Last Chance Mine. Avalanche that killed Mrs. Henry Fisher January 7th or 8th, 1923, along with her children, Garland, age 8, and Jessie, age 2, plus Minnie Woodcock, Katherine Motloy, and Loreno Irwin. The upper men have snow/ice saws carving away blocks of snow in an attempt to locate mining buildings covered by snow. Three of the men have nets over their faces, probably to shield their eyes from the glare of the snow.
