Description	Dredge #3. Sumpter Dredge #3, one of three dredges that operated at various times in Sumpter Valley during 1913-1924, 1935-1942, and 1945-1954 producing more than 325,000 ounces of gold and 80,000 ounces of silver. They covered 2,600 acres and mined 60,000,000 yards of gravel.
