| Description |
Columbia Mine. Golconda Mine is visible on opposite slope. Both mines are located on Horse Creek drainage north of Bourne about six miles. The Columbia Mine began operations in 1897 and ran continuously until 1916. Produced about $4,000,000 in gold.
