Description Baker Mill & Grain Co. as seen from south. Torn down in 2003.
According to booklet: "Baker Mill and Grain Co. has a mill in Baker (200 bbls. per day) and at Rock Creek (75 bbls.). The latter will be moved to Haines soon. They use together 100,000 bushels of wheat annually, plus several hundred thousand pounds of oats and barley for feed. Brand names used: Oregon Beauty, Pride of the West, None to Equal, Crescent, and Elkhorn."
